With Clerkenwell Design Week 2018 coming up fast 22-24 May, let’s take a look back at our pop-up shop on Leather Lane that we curated for CDW2016, presented by our sister brand Creative Clerkenwell.

We took over a temporary space by the top of Leather Lane for 3 weeks, 17th May – 3 June 2016. Leather Lane is in central London, just a bit west of Farringdon Road, and largely known for its weekday market, which buzzes with street food stands and long queues of hungry workers at lunchtime.

Our featured designers included:

Luke Adam Hawker (architectural illustrator)

Amanda Li Hope (jewellery)

Georgia Bosson (soft furnishings)

Oxx Jewellery

Ikuko Iwamoto (ceramics)

Jeanne Marell (jewellery)

Waffle Design (home textiles)

Monokraum (architectural linocut prints)

Judith Davies (ceramics)

Maiko Dawson (leather)

Sato Hisao (paper art)

Waffle Design cushion
